Intel designs and manufactures the world’s CPUs, chipsets and motherboards. Intel also uses its in-depth knowledge to manufactures its own complete rack server systems, ensuring that every component complements each other for maximum stability and performance.
Today’s DualCore and QuadCore servers are described by Intel as "the latest generation of enterprise level rack optimised system level solutions". Over 10,000 hours of testing and validation were done, not only with other building blocks from Intel, but also with third-party peripherals and memory to assure compatibility and reliability. In addition, ICO stress-tests every server in the ICO Labs before installing them in our AS/NZS 7799 high-security data centre across the road.
ICO can provide many different kinds of servers and any configuration you choose, from large storage needs to highest processing power. We can fit any DualCore or QuadCore processor available and provide solutions that use SAS drives, SANs, etc. To give you an idea of what we provide, so that you can consider and compare, we start with our typical entry level Dedicated Server, which has twice the performance of a typical single Xeon.
