And we're the first to admit that we can't always meet all the expectations that go along with it.
But that's our goal, and here's why we think we're closer than most.
- We always done one thing at a time. So our focus and our expertise are concentrated in one area.
- We're now in our tenth year of hosting Windows applications. During that time we've done a bit of internal software development, too. We understand code and application issues.
- Our support engineers are university degree qualified and post-grad certified. Our training and certification program is ongoing.
- Our business is not a hodge-podge of every crazy idea that we think we can make a buck out of.
- Our days are not filled with answering queries about our broadband network, Grandma's missing e-mail, creating a first web store, design, SSL, domain sales or any other distractions.
- We purposely do not do shared hosting because it is a different business. Most shared hosting clients do not have high expectations or needs.
- We have a very high engineer-to-client ratio that means that we are almost always instantly available, on the phone, to provide intelligent solutions for our clients.
- In summary, we don't think it is possible to be an expert without focus...and we don't think it is possible to provide a quality product trying to be all things to all people.
